PRODUCTION & PRE-SHIPMENT QUALITY CONTROL

Stage checks, final sampling and re-inspection.

Checks throughout production are followed by final pre-shipment sampling. Confirm the product specification, shade reference and any inspection requirements when discussing your salon or wholesale order.

Final pre-shipment sampling
The final pre-shipment inspection is carried out by sampling.
Full re-inspection if a sample fails
If sampling identifies a nonconformity, the affected shipment is fully re-inspected.

Key checks in the final sampling inspection

Hair weight: Sampled hair is weighed against the agreed pack or order specification.
Measured length: The length of sampled hair is measured against the selected specification.
Color under inspection lighting: Sampled hair color is checked under dedicated inspection lighting.
Shedding check: Sampled hair is checked for shedding before dispatch.
Smoothness check: The smoothness of sampled hair is checked before dispatch.
